Limited Warranty Policy & Terms
This limited Warranty is given by Lifa Air Limited, a Hong Kong company (Lifa Air), and is only effective upon presentation of the warranty card and proof of purchase.
Lifa Air warrants all products against defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year, effective from the date of purchase.
Under the limited warranty, Lifa Air will repair, replace, or refund any parts found to be defective due to materials or workmanship. This warranty extends only to personal use and does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or any other use in which the product is not intended for.
There are no warranties other than that expressly set forth with each product. This warranty is non-transferrable. Lifa Air is not responsible in any way for any damages, losses or inconveniences caused by equipment failure or by user negligence, abuse, or use noncompliant with the user manual or any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product packaging and manual. Furthermore, Lifa Air is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature resulting from the use of this product.
This warranty does not apply to the following:
- Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration, modification, misuse, tampering or vandalism.
- Defective materials or workmanship where the defect is due to the product having been serviced by other than LIFA AIR.
- Improper or inadequate maintenance.
- Damage during shipment or in return transit after repair.
- Unsupervised use by children.
For customer who purchased on-line directly from Lifa Air or other on-line channels, the limited warranty policy may be extended an additional year if the customer registers for warranty extension within 7 days after receipt of the product at customerservice@lifa-air.com. Order number, purchase and payment proof, serial numbers, etc is required for registration.
Lifa Air and its subsidiaries assume no liability for damage caused by the use of the product other than for its intended use or as instructed above and within the user manual.
THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, APPLIES TO THE PRODUCT. AFTER THE APPLICABLE PERIOD OF THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, AND NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY OR GUARANTY, EXCEPT AS MENTIONED ABOVE, GIVEN BY ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT SHALL BIND LIFA AIR. LIFA AIR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF REVENUES OR PROFITS, INCONVENIENCE, EXPENSE FOR SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT OR SERVICE, STORAGE CHARGES, LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, AND EVEN IF LIFA AIR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOR SHALL RECOVERY OF ANY KIND AGAINST LIFA AIR BE GREATER IN AMOUNT THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT CAUSING THE ALLEGED DAMAGE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND LIABILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY TO YOU AND YOUR PROPERTY AND TO OTHERS AND THEIR PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF THE POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT SOLD BY LIFA AIR NOT CAUSED SOLELY AND DIRECTLY BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF LIFA AIR.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXTEND TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT OR THE PERSON FOR WHOM IT WAS PURCHASED AS A GIFT, AND STATES YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.
Should your product prove defective within the specified warranty period, simply return the defective part or unit WITH PREPAID FREIGHT in its original packaging with the following:
- An original copy of invoice
- Order confirmation or proof of purchase or payment
- Copy of the warranty card
- A written description of the problem
Under valid warranty coverage, repair will be made and the product will be returned, shipped at NO CHARGE within the country of repair. If the product after repair is to be shipped out of the country of repair, you are responsible for the shipping expenses as well as any customs duties, taxes or import approval and certificates. If the product defect is found to be not under the warranty terms, you are responsible for the costs of repair and any related shipping expenses prior to the repair. You have to agree and pay for such costs before the repair.
